- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
