- 1.5 pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs (or chicken breasts)
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Paprika (or smoked paprika)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (or fresh onions)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Spring Onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, sweet paprika, onion powder, black pepper, tamari (or soy sauce), and brown sugar.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure they are well-coated with the sauce mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and place the chicken inside, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.
- Once done, sprinkle chopped spring onions on top before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before baking. Adjust Sriracha to suit your taste.
