Description

Delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, perfect for grilling season or a quick weeknight meal, served with a creamy, spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked if wooden)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done, serve it on a platter with the sauce drizzled or served on the side for dipping.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before grilling. You can marinate the chicken for added flavor and adjust the sriracha for heat level.
