- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm whole milk (110°F)
- 1 packet instant yeast (2¼ tsp)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt

- ¾ cup Biscoff cookie butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk (adjust for texture)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and yeast. Let it bloom for 5–10 minutes.
- In a stand mixer, add the milk mixture, melted butter, egg, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Transfer tRoll out dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.

- Spread cookie butter evenly across the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly from the long side. Cut into 8–10 equal rolls.
- Place in a greased pan. Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth and pour over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use almond milk, vegan butter, and a flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water).
- Rolls can be prepped the night before and baked in the morning.
- Add crushed Biscoff cookies, chopped pecans, or a drizzle of caramel for an extra treat.
