Description

A light and refreshing dessert made with ripe blackberries, cream, and a touch of honey, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups over-ripe blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish or a light cookie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the Greek yogurt and honey.
  4. Layer the blackberry mixture in a serving dish, followed by the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
