- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter until smooth.
- Beat in the maple syrup and egg.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over cooled cookies. Enjoy!
Notes
Use soft butter for the best texture. Don’t overmix when adding flour. Let cookies cool before glazing.
