- White chocolate melting wafers
- Holly berry sprinkles
- Food scale
- Light colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Portion the dough into desired size dough balls, measuring 1.5 oz for uniform cookies.
- Bake the cookies and allow to cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on half power to avoid overheating.
- Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
- Allow the chocolate to set.
- Use a piping bag or ziplock bag to drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion.
- Add holly berry sprinkles before the drizzle sets.
Notes
