Description

A classic Chicken Alfredo Pasta with creamy sauce and tender chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
