Ingredients

- 1 batch of chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
- Nuts or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a cake pan.
- Bake the chocolate chip cookie dough until golden brown and let it cool.
- Once cooled, crumble half of the cookie into the bottom of the cake pan.
- Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the crumbled cookies.
- Add another layer of crumbled cookies on top of the ice cream.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until set.
- Remove from the freezer, top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
- Cut into slices and serve.
Notes
For best results, freeze the pan first and use soft, scoopable ice cream. Let baked cookies cool completely to avoid melting the ice cream.
