- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool and then top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
For rich flavor, use good quality cocoa and chocolate. Store brownies in an airtight box for up to 2 days at room temperature or 5 days in the fridge.
