Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9ร13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition, then mix in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; then gradually add to the butter mixture until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely, then top with sliced strawberries.
- Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over the strawberries, and let set before serving.
Notes
For gooey brownies, consider baking for slightly less time. Use ripe but firm strawberries for the best taste.
