Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the brownies cool, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip the cooled brownies in the melted chocolate.
