Description

Delicious cookies with rich chocolate and soft marshmallows, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mix. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until just mixed.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Add small spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and swirl with a toothpick or spoon. Do not overmix.
  8. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet. Space about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes. The edges will set, and the center will stay soft.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then move to a rack to cool fully.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
