These easy-to-make Chocolate Raspberry Crumb Bars combine a sweet tart raspberry filling with a crumbly chocolate topping, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, toss fresh raspberries with lemon juice and half of the chocolate chips.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve at room temperature. A scoop of vanilla ice cream pairs beautifully with the warm bars.
