Description

A quick and easy dessert that combines chocolate, raspberry, and nuts, perfect for feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the semisweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  4. Spread the raspberry jam over the chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the jam and pour the sweetened condensed milk over everything.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For best results, press the crust firmly, use high-quality chocolate chips, and warm the jam slightly for easy spreading.
