- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the semisweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds over the jam and pour the sweetened condensed milk over everything.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For best results, press the crust firmly, use high-quality chocolate chips, and warm the jam slightly for easy spreading.
