Simple, sweet no-bake cookies that set quickly and are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and oats until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper or a baking sheet.
- Allow cookies to cool and set for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your no-bake cookies!
Notes
For a softer cookie, add a splash more milk. Store in a sealed box at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
