Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.
