- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions. Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake according to package instructions.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool, then poke holes in the top with a fork.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top, allowing it to soak in.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and toffee bits on top.
- Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce.
Notes
Cake can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen for a month. Use room temperature whipped cream for a smooth topping.
