Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked gnocchi into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
