Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautรฉ until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked gnocchi into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
