- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease an 8ร8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread raspberries and dark chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh raspberries. Store in an airtight box at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 1 month.
