Description

A rich and bright pie bar featuring dark chocolate and fresh raspberries, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mix into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a small pan on low heat, melt dark chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate mix over the crust. Spread fresh raspberries on top. Pour the rest of the chocolate mix over the raspberries.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top looks set.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Press the crust well to hold when cutting and ensure the bars cool fully for easier slicing.
