Description

A delicious mix of tangy raspberries and sweet dark chips on a soft oat crust, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the raspberries and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  5. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best taste, use fresh raspberries. Press the base well to maintain firmness. Do not overbake to prevent drying out.
