- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)

- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Reserved Sugar Mixture
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
- Open the roll of crescent dough. Unroll it and lay it flat on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Spoon the pecan mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll piece.
- Roll up each piece tightly, starting from the wide end, and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the reserved sugar mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.

Use fresh pecans for the best flavor. You can make them dairy-free by using margarine and a flax egg.
