Delicious and simple deviled eggs, perfect for snacks or appetizers at any gathering.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Optional: chopped chives or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and optional herbs. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use older eggs for easier peeling. You can add hot sauce for some heat or experiment with spices like garlic powder.
