Description

Discover how to make creamy, homemade ice cream using the Ninja Creami. This guide includes essential steps, tips, and tricks to create your favorite frozen desserts at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (optional for creamier texture)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: fruit puree, chocolate chips, or nuts for mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Prepare Base: In a bowl, mix milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until sugar dissolves.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
  3. Process: Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami. Lock the lid securely and choose the Ice Cream setting.
  4. Customize: After the first spin, add mix-ins like fruit or nuts if desired. Re-spin for best texture.
  5. Serve: Scoop and enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer.

Notes

  • For dairy-free ice cream, replace milk and cream with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Want softer texture? Add 1 tbsp of vodka or glycerin to the mix.
  • Avoid overfilling the pint; leave space for expansion.
