Description

A fast, sweet, and smoky chicken dish made with only three ingredients, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Put chicken pieces in a bowl and add a little salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Mix orange marmalade and BBQ sauce in a small bowl and stir well.
  4. Toss the chicken in half the sauce to coat. Reserve the rest of the sauce.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish in one layer and pour the reserved sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 18โ€“22 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is sticky, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

Cut the chicken into uniform sizes for even cooking. Use high-quality BBQ sauce for better flavor.
