- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Put chicken pieces in a bowl and add a little salt and pepper if desired.
- Mix orange marmalade and BBQ sauce in a small bowl and stir well.
- Toss the chicken in half the sauce to coat. Reserve the rest of the sauce.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish in one layer and pour the reserved sauce over the top.
- Bake for 18โ22 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is sticky, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Cut the chicken into uniform sizes for even cooking. Use high-quality BBQ sauce for better flavor.
