A quick and easy one pot pasta dish that combines creamy tomato sauce and fresh ingredients for a delicious meal.

- 8 oz Pasta
- 2 cups Fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Basil (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped fresh tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Stir in the pasta and enough water or broth to cover it.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Use a pot with a wide base for even cooking. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of hot water.
