Description

A quick and easy one pot pasta dish that combines creamy tomato sauce and fresh ingredients for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 2 cups Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Basil (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped fresh tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  3. Stir in the pasta and enough water or broth to cover it.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

Use a pot with a wide base for even cooking. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of hot water.
