A quick and easy no-bake treat made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for parties or as a sweet gift.

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz chocolate (for coating)
- Optional: sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each truffle in the chocolate, coating it completely.
- Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet, and if desired, sprinkle with crushed Oreos or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
Notes
Serve cold. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
