Description

A quick and easy no-bake treat made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for parties or as a sweet gift.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate (for coating)
  • Optional: sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate and dip each truffle in the chocolate, coating it completely.
  6. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet, and if desired, sprinkle with crushed Oreos or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.

Notes

Serve cold. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
