Delightful pecan pie bars with a buttery crescent roll crust and gooey filling, perfect for gatherings and simple treats.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine (melted)
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยบF and line a 9×13-inch pan with foil, leaving enough for a 2-inch overhang on all sides.
- Unroll the dough, separate it into 2 long rectangles, and place them in the pan. Press the dough over the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form a crust. Firmly press the dough perforations to seal.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Combine all filling ingredients except for 3/4 cup of the pecans in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the remaining pecans.
- Spread the filling evenly over the hot, partially baked crust.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown.
- Cool for about 1 hour, then cut into bars.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or chilled. Pair with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for indulgence.
