- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ยฝ cup brown sugar, packed
- ยผ cup granulated sugar
- ยผ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the crescent dough into triangles.
- Mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, cream, vanilla, and salt in a bowl to make the filling.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up to the tip.
- Brush the rolls with the egg wash and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
