Description

A fun and cool dessert that combines rich brownie and creamy ice cream, perfect for warm days and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 cups ice cream (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake. Allow cooling completely.
  2. Once the brownies are cool, cut them into even layers.
  3. In a springform pan, layer the brownie pieces with scoops of ice cream, starting with a layer of brownies, then ice cream, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
  5. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. When ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
