- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups ice cream (your choice of flavor)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake. Allow cooling completely.
- Once the brownies are cool, cut them into even layers.
- In a springform pan, layer the brownie pieces with scoops of ice cream, starting with a layer of brownies, then ice cream, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Wrap the cake tightly with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container in the freezer. Use within two weeks for best taste.
