Description

Decadent fudgy brownies with a mixture of semisweet, dark, and white chocolate for a rich chocolate experience.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9ร—13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and semisweet chocolate together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir this into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
