Description

A fun twist on classic cheeseburgers, these rollups combine beef and cheese in crescent roll dough, perfect for game days or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles, mustard, and ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  6. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with optional toppings like pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
