Description
Fun and quick no-bake truffles made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Oreo Cookies (or gluten-free Oreos if needed)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat for richer taste)
- 12 oz White Chocolate (or milk/dark chocolate)
- Sprinkles or Edible Eyes (optional for decoration)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a bag and rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbs with the cream cheese until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch wide, and place them on a paper-lined tray.
- Chill the balls for 15 to 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using low heat or a microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Return the dipped balls to the paper and add edible eyes or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let the chocolate set by chilling for another 10 to 20 minutes until firm.
- Serve or store as desired.
Notes
Keep the truffles in a closed container with paper layers to avoid sticking. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
