Description

Fun and quick no-bake truffles made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo Cookies (or gluten-free Oreos if needed)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat for richer taste)
  • 12 oz White Chocolate (or milk/dark chocolate)
  • Sprinkles or Edible Eyes (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with the cream cheese until a soft dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch wide, and place them on a paper-lined tray.
  4. Chill the balls for 15 to 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using low heat or a microwave, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Return the dipped balls to the paper and add edible eyes or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let the chocolate set by chilling for another 10 to 20 minutes until firm.
  9. Serve or store as desired.

Notes
