Description

A simple and nutritious one-pan meal featuring chicken breasts topped with marinara and cheese, accompanied by roasted mixed vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange the vegetables around the chicken on the sheet pan.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
