Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
  2. Add the stew meat, cooking until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles, cover, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the noodles are cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
