Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve the chicken over cooked rice.

Notes
