Description

Warm, soft, and chocolatey cookies with swirls of marshmallow fluff, perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 stick Butter, room temperature
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, add butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Use a mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Start on low speed and mix until dough forms.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  6. Dollop half of the marshmallow fluff and make large swirls in the dough.
  7. Use a medium cookie scoop to place dough on a parchment paper lined sheet.
  8. Add more marshmallow fluff on top and swirl around.
  9. Bake about 15 minutes.
  10. Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature butter for even mixing. Do not over-bake as the marshmallow can brown.
