Warm, soft, and chocolatey cookies with swirls of marshmallow fluff, perfect for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 stick Butter, room temperature
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, add butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Use a mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Start on low speed and mix until dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Dollop half of the marshmallow fluff and make large swirls in the dough.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to place dough on a parchment paper lined sheet.
- Add more marshmallow fluff on top and swirl around.
- Bake about 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature butter for even mixing. Do not over-bake as the marshmallow can brown.
