A fun and fast Ice Cream Cake that combines a box cake mix with your favorite ice cream, making it perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 1 box of cake mix
- 3 cups of ice cream (any flavor)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup or fruit sauce (optional)
- Sprinkles or toppings of choice
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the box instructions and let it cool completely.
- Slice the cake in half horizontally.
- Place one layer of cake on a serving plate and spread a layer of ice cream on top.
- Add the second layer of cake on top of the ice cream.
- Cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup or fruit sauce and add sprinkles.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Chill the plate and knife before cutting to maintain the cake’s shape. Soften the ice cream just enough to spread it, and use a warm knife for neat slices.
