Description

A fun and fast Ice Cream Cake that combines a box cake mix with your favorite ice cream, making it perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 3 cups of ice cream (any flavor)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup or fruit sauce (optional)
  • Sprinkles or toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the box instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Slice the cake in half horizontally.
  3. Place one layer of cake on a serving plate and spread a layer of ice cream on top.
  4. Add the second layer of cake on top of the ice cream.
  5. Cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or fruit sauce and add sprinkles.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill the plate and knife before cutting to maintain the cake’s shape. Soften the ice cream just enough to spread it, and use a warm knife for neat slices.
