Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Roll out crescent rolls, spoon filling on the wide end, and roll tightly.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For a crunchy texture, toast the pecans lightly before mixing them with the filling. You can also add chocolate chips or cinnamon for variation.
