Description

Delicious pecan pie filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and the egg. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Open the package of crescent rolls and lay them out on a clean surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll.
  5. Roll the crescent rolls from the wide end to the narrow end, wrapping the mixture inside.
  6. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow them to cool a bit before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar or enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
