Delicious pecan pie filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg
- 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and the egg. Mix well until smooth.
- Open the package of crescent rolls and lay them out on a clean surface.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll.
- Roll the crescent rolls from the wide end to the narrow end, wrapping the mixture inside.
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow them to cool a bit before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar or enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
