			- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, sliced thinly
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook to thicken.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss in the drained pasta, mixing until well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
