Description

A quick and easy pasta dish featuring garlic, fresh tomatoes, and basil, perfect for late-night cravings.


Ingredients

  • Spaghetti or linguine
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped fresh tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss it in the skillet with the tomato mixture. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add in fresh basil and mix thoroughly.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
