Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  4. Place a spoon of apple mixture in the center of each round and top with one caramel piece. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with 2 tbsp melted butter. Optionally, roll each in cinnamon sugar.

  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Keep napkins handy as the caramel can drip.
