Description

Deliciously rich and nutty no-bake bars made with peanut butter, cocoa, and oats, perfect for quick treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick cook oats

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan on medium heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder until they mix well.
  3. Bring the mix to a boil and let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the quick cook oats and stir until all oats are coated.
  6. Press the mix into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press flat.
  7. Let the bars cool and set for at least 30 minutes before you cut them.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
