Deliciously rich and nutty no-bake bars made with peanut butter, cocoa, and oats, perfect for quick treats.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick cook oats
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan on medium heat.
- Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder until they mix well.
- Bring the mix to a boil and let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Take the pan off the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the quick cook oats and stir until all oats are coated.
- Press the mix into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press flat.
- Let the bars cool and set for at least 30 minutes before you cut them.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
