- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, unsalted butter, and milk in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper and let cool.
