Instructions
- In a trifle dish, spread a layer of cubed angel food cake.
- Top with a layer of mixed berries.
- Drizzle the berry jam over the berries.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm berries and pat them dry. Swap whipped cream for vanilla yogurt for a lighter option or add lemon curd for a tangy bite.
