Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

- Stir in the orange zest and ground cardamom.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the fresh orange juice, until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
