- 8 oz cream cheese (regular), softened
- 10 oz melting chocolate
Instructions
- Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until crumbs are even-sized. Reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish.
- Mix softened cream cheese with the cookie crumbs in the food processor until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the Oreo mixture and roll into balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Set up a double boiler and melt chocolate until smooth.
- Dip cold Oreo balls into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Garnish immediately with reserved cookie crumbs.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Freeze the balls before dipping to ensure a smooth chocolate coating.
