Description

A quick and easy treat made with just three main ingredients: Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and melting chocolate, perfect for parties or gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 38 Oreo cookies (regular)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (regular), softened
  • 10 oz melting chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until crumbs are even-sized. Reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with the cookie crumbs in the food processor until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion the Oreo mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Set up a double boiler and melt chocolate until smooth.
  6. Dip cold Oreo balls into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  7. Garnish immediately with reserved cookie crumbs.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Freeze the balls before dipping to ensure a smooth chocolate coating.
