Description
These Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are a fun, easy treat that taste like pecan pie but are much simpler to make. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack at home.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and carefully separate the triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Brush each triangle with melted butter, leaving a little butter aside for later.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over each triangle.
- Place a few pecan halves at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and secure the pointed end underneath.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
- In another small bowl, combine the corn syrup and vanilla extract.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining melted butter, then drizzle the corn syrup mixture on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
